Do not use InstaDL to download private content, bypass access controls, infringe copyright, harass others, distribute harmful material, or automate abusive traffic. We may block requests that appear abusive or harmful to the service.

InstaDL does not claim ownership of media downloaded through the site. Instagram, TikTok, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you believe content or site material violates your rights, contact us so we can review the issue.

Service Availability

We provide the service as-is and may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Downloads may fail when content is private, expired, removed, restricted, or unavailable from an upstream provider.
